竣工File.　宮廷モダニズム『エステムプラザ京都大黒邸』

京都の玄関口、大黒町七条エリア。
古えより上皇御所や公家の邸宅が連なる中心地。
そんな煌びやかな平安宮廷に想いをはせ、
現代的切口でアレンジされた“御所”が大黒町七条に誕生しました。

『エステムプラザ大黒邸』事業主は東京日商エステムさん。

アプローチには、重厚な和の門構えで格式と趣きを与え、
効果的に京坪庭を配し、伝統的な和の基壇部としました。
上層階は、現代的なスマートフォルムでコントラストを利かせています。

エントランスホールも、モダンな切り方をしながら、
和素材と和の色味をふんだんに散りばめました。
ラウンジの壁面には、画家が現場で描いた櫻の屏風絵が、
空間により華やいだ彩りをみせています。
